Infectious Diseases & PPE Policy

Please note that being double vaccinated does not stop you from transmitting Covid and other infectious diseases that can be passed on to others.

To protect all patients and staff, anyone with infectious symptoms such as temperature, sore throat, sinuses, sneezing, runny nose, rash, diarrhoea or vomiting will not be seen inside the clinic.

A phone or video consultation will be provided first for assessment. If required, patients will be seen in the car park and a $20 fee (no Medicare rebate) will be applied for staff Personal Protective Equipment PPE (face shields, gloves, masks, caps and gowns).

The phone consultation and carpark visit will be charged according to our fee policy.
