We are screening every patient who phones or comes to the practice for possible exposure to Coronavirus. If they have been exposed to the Coronavirus, they will not enter the practice but be contacted by phone.
All our windows and entry doors are open to allow for good ventilation and to avoid touching door handles.
While waiting for the doctor, patients may choose to sit on our practice verandah, wait in their car or may come inside where social distancing is in place.
There is hand sanitizer for patients to use before entry to the practice and on exit.
Every chair and hard surface is sprayed regularly.
All consultation rooms have windows and they are open and we have dedicated isolation rooms.
All multiuse items such as magazines have been removed from the waiting area.
The internal play area is closed but children will be provided with colouring-in and pencils which they can take home.
The reception desk is marked so that social distancing will occur between the patient and the reception staff.
We encourage all patients to use contactless payment.
The doctor is providing phone consultations for vulnerable patients, those in self-isolation and those that meet testing criteria .

Please speak to the reception staff if you would like a phone consultation.
