We provide a reminder service to patients when health checks or immunisations are due. We also participate in National and State registries such as for Cervical Screening (Pap Smear) and Australian Immunisation Register (AIR).
A letter marked with "Private and confidential" will be sent to you when your recall is due. Alternatively, you may be contacted by phone or email. If you are unavailable, a message is left without our centre name in order to maintain confidentiality unless you permit us to do so and you have signed a consent form allowing us to state our practice name. In the event that we are unable to contact you, the nature of our call would not be disclosed to any third parties, including your family and friends.
It is also important that you make a note of your recall just in case we are unable to contact you.
Please notify us if there are any changes to your contact details.
